Admitted to the Bar in California in 1976, Mr. Arnold graduated from the University of Southern California (B.S. 1973). He received his legal education at the University of Southern California (J.D. 1976) where he graduated Order of the Coif. He clerked with the Honorable William Clark, Justice of the California Supreme Court, in 1976. Mr. Arnold is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a lifelong resident of Ventura County, California .
Concentration: Mr. Arnold’s practice emphasizes real estate transactional work (sales, exchanges, leasing, negotiations), business and commercial transactions, corporate and partnership taxation, finance, secured transactions, and business reorganizations.
A member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Associations of Ventura County, Mr. Arnold has been a Director of the Pleasant Valley County Water District, is President of the Revolon Drainage Company, has rendered pro bono general counsel assistance to the Conejo Valley Senior Concerns, and is past-Chairman of the Southeast Ventura County YMCA.
