Stuart G. Nielson

Mr. Nielson received his undergraduate degree in 1997 from the University of California at Berkeley (B.A., English), and obtained his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of Law in 2001. At Hastings College of Law, he was a member of the Hastings Law Journal and served as Editor of the West-Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Mr. Nielson graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif, one of the highest honors a law student can receive. He was admitted to The California State Bar in 2001. Mr. Nielson is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth District.
Concentration: Mr. Nielson’s practice focuses on complex real estate and land use issues, environmental compliance and public agency representation. He has successfully represented clients before state and local agencies and in court on various land use and commercial matters.
