Susan L McCarthy

Admitted to the Bar in California in 1986, Ms. McCarthy graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A. Magnum Cum Laude, 1983). She then attended University of Southern California Law Center, receiving her J.D. in 1986.
Ms. McCarthy is a member of the State Bar of California and the Ventura County Bar Association (Member; Business Litigation Section), and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th circuit.
Concentration: Ms. McCarthy’s practice concentrates on Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Real Property Litigation.
