A to Z Civil Litigator Susan McCarthy to Participate in Seminar on Landlord Tenant Law

Susan McCarthy, a Civil Litigation Attorney with A to Z Law will participate in a seminar entitled “Landlord Tenant Law Surviving in a Difficult Economy” on June 14, 2012.  The seminar will focus on landlords’ and tenants’ rights and responsibilities in rental agreements.  McCarthy will be presenting during the portion of the seminar entitled “Landlord’s Rights and Options When the Deal Goes Bad”.  The speakers will share their experience and judgment on handling challenging issues and practical aspects of landlord-tenant law.  The seminar begins at 8:30 am at the Best Western Pepper Tree Inn 3850 State Street, Santa Barbara, California and is offered by Sterling Education Services, Inc.  (“SES”).   For more information, please contact SES at 805.687.5511.

McCarthy graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA in 1983. She received her law degree in 1986 from USC. She has comprehensive experience representing property owners in a wide array of litigation matters including real property title and boundary disputes, easements and restrictive covenants, real estate contract disputes, actions involving real estate brokers and agents, breach of lease actions, and unlawful detainer.
