Robert Kwong To Speak about Climate Change and Groundwater Sustainability at Upcoming Conferences in Ventura and San Diego

A to Z Law Partner and environmental law/land use specialist Robert N. Kwong will speak at two upcoming legal seminars on the topics of new climate change legislation and groundwater sustainability.
In Ventura County in April, Kwong will speak at a meeting of the Natural Resources Section of the Ventura County Bar Association when the section presents its April program on the topic: “Climate change: How this affects your clients, or why the Paris Treaty matters.” Kwong will bring members up-to-speed on California’s most recent climate change legislation and how this affects attorneys, their clients and their legal practices.
This meeting is Weds. April 6th at noon at the Ventura County Bar Association offices, 4475 Market St., Suite B, in Ventura. Lunch is offered and reservations should be made in advance.
In addition, Kwong will speak in San Diego in May at the Land Use Spring 2016 Conference, hosted by the County Counsels’ Association of California. Kwong is one of two speakers who will address the topic: “Ground Water Sustainability; Cadiz Update, Recycled Water, and Basin Adjudication Issues.” This conference is only open to county government attorneys.
