AtoZ Law Civil litigation attorney Susan McCarthy will participate in the panel discussion “Current Issues in Housing: Foreclosures and Landlord-Tenant Law,” at the CPA/Law Society of Ventura County’s meeting on Mar. 16 at Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo.
The panel will address the state of foreclosures, workouts, short sales and loan modifications; what the $26 billion bank settlement means for homeowners; how landlords can avoid legal pitfalls and stay in compliance; and top tips on being a good tenant.
In addition to McCarthy, the panel will include Kirk Grossman and Leslie McAdam.
