For the second year in a row, national attorney rating service Martindale-Hubbell has named A to Z Law as one of California’s “Top Ranked Law Firms.” The Oxnard-based firm is one of only four firms in Ventura County to be so recognized. The 2013 ranking appeared in the Wall Street Journal California edition (May 31) and will be published in Fortune magazine later this year.

Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are determined by soliciting the confidential opinions of lawyers and judges, who provide evaluations of a candidate’s ethical standards, and legal ability in five key areas. To identify honorees, LexisNexis® Martindale-Hubbell® researched its database of more than 1.2 million lawyers and firms in more than 160 countries, identifying U.S. firms with 10 or more attorneys, where at least one in three achieved the AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating. An AV Preeminent rating reflects that the attorney demonstrates the highest level of ethical standards and legal ability.
