Biography

Dennis P. McNulty’s practice focuses on real estate, commercial, business, and corporate transactions, as well as administrative law and the representation of special districts and agencies. A background in litigation provides Dennis with a valuable perspective and a talent for managing inherent risks.  He is adept at resolving disputes and moving transactions forward for productive outcomes for his clients.

Dennis graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1992 with degrees in Economics and Political Science. He received his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1995 and served as a judicial extern to Justices Gilbert Nares and Judith Haller in the California State Court of Appeal 4th District, Div. 1.   Shortly after graduating, Dennis obtained valuable jury trial experience as a volunteer prosecutor for the Ventura County District Attorney’s office.

Dennis started his legal career as an associate attorney at A to Z Law.  Dennis then rejoined the firm as a partner after practicing at his own firm of Wojkowski & McNulty in Oxnard for 15 years.

Born and raised in Ventura County, Dennis and his wife Debbie (also a lifelong Ventura County resident) have close ties to the community.  Dennis regularly coaches his three children in both basketball and baseball and is an active volunteer at his church in Newbury Park.

In his free time, Dennis enjoys the outdoors, particularly fishing, golf, skiing, hiking, and camping with his family.
