Biography

Emily White’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and litigation.

Emily started her legal career in family law and developed the experience and inter-personal skills necessary to steer her clients through the emotional and legal challenges of divorce, child custody issues and property divisions.  She brings those strengths with her to estate planning and administration.

Emily graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business and a minor Political Science.  Emily received her law degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and served as a judicial extern to Judge Christine Bachmeyer in the 1st Judicial District of Colorado.

During law school, Emily was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, DU Law Ambassadors, and was on the ABA Representation in Mediation Team.  Emily also studied at the Sant’Anna Institute in Sorrento, Italy.

Emily is born and raised in Southern California, and in her free time, enjoys the outdoors, particularly hiking and camping with her family, the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.
